To change, you need a cheerful attitude, a posture, and a determination to change yourself.(何かを変えるためには、明るい態度・姿勢・自分を変えようとする決意こそが必要です)

In translating this lecture into English, there are many difficult explanations.
The current recession in Japan and black companies
I believe it was created by the rigidities of the social system, the mobility of employment, and the human spirit of discrimination (earthly desires).

There is a Japanese YouTube speaker named kamogasira yoshihito. In the video, he writes:
He said, "Mood changes communication. You can't control mood with rules or systems. (To change, you need a cheerful attitude, a posture, and a determination to change yourself.)"
I did.
Shinran Shonin also admonishes himself for his earthly desires saying, "the human mind is as ugly as a snake or a scorpion".

As long as you are a human being, it cannot be helped that you have a sense of discrimination in yourself as a form of earthly desires and instinct.
That's why your life will be less painful if you try to overcome it.
If you don't accept discrimination, don't you think when you might be put in the same position? It's nonsense.
"I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN'T FIGHT." is just an assumption.
People always fall easily to the bottom of their lives.

Unfortunately, as long as all things are born and perished, happiness and unhappiness come equally to infinity.
Therefore, it is important to acquire the attitude to consider not "That's the way it is." but "Why does that happen?" and to acquire the attitude to act.

In order to do so, it is necessary to take into account the nature of human beings, which, if taken seriously, makes us almost despair in reality. However, there is a reassuring person called Amida who always stays with you, and it supports your heart.
If you understand this logic in your heart, that is, if you have a religious attitude, life becomes easier to live. That's why Buddhism as a humanism and Jodo Shinshu are necessary.

I think it will not be long before black companies disappear from Japan and the rest of the world if each and every one of them makes efforts to raise awareness and change the reality.
Or even if society does not change slowly,
I think you have a better chance of moving to a better environment and living there.

Let's say the same thing.
