Who decides "an appropriate amount of work"?【「適切な仕事の量」は誰が決めるのか】 (2)

There is a Japanese company called AXIA Corporation which is famous as an IT company with no overtime.
President Ayumi Yonemura abhors customers who make unreasonable demands, calling them "the beggar's own customer".
There are still many companies that try to exploit the weakness of their customers to force them to make unthinkable short delivery times or offer unreasonable discounts.

In Japan, keeping the delivery date is considered a virtue, and in other countries, this is highly praised, but I think this is a double-edged sword.
Things are subject to unexpected accidents.
They say that impossible things are impossible, and they need flexibility to extend the delivery time as needed.
It is neither war nor weapons to kill the first man in the world.
The most abhorrent thing is sheer justice, cause. Virtue kills people.
This is especially true for subcontractors and subcontractors. I used to work for a well-known telecommunications company, Sonsubukegi Corporation, but the parent company was always pouring in more work and supplies than it could handle, and I managed to compensate for this by hiring temporary workers and having employees work overtime every day. The operation of the site was based on the tenacity theory and the unreasonable sacrifice of the employees.
Unfortunately, it is said that the productivity of Japanese companies is low. Spiritualism is so widespread that even if more efficient methods emerge, they are not willing to accept them. I can't afford to do the work I'm doing.
One simple thing to say is that
It means, "resources (Time, health, mental strength and human resources) are finite".
It is not only an unscientific attitude but also an action that leads the company itself to collapse slowly, and at the same time, it is an action that undermines the national character of (In my case, Japan.).
If you don't think about it, you should quit running a company or a board member immediately.

Employees also need to change their attitudes if they have the following three.
*Don't do your assigned work seriously.
*Don't try to understand the essence of work.
*Don't think seriously about what you want to do.
These are profane and shameful attitudes which do not regard the people concerned as one person.
However, "You can't find yourself (true)".
These are the words of "Masahiro Matsuoka" from the Japanese idol group "TOKIO"
Live the present as well as the present. This is the best shape.
However, the best effort and the best amount of work should always be reviewed after discussion. Otherwise, as illustrated in the previous article (1), life and the company would collapse as a result of a stack of deceptive lies.

Ultimately, the only way to escape the enormous workload of an employee is to start a company and run it yourself.
The more people involved, the higher the cost.
However, it is also true that there are businesses in which the company and society cannot operate without the cooperation of many people. Also, once I became a freelancer or president, I now have a responsibility to think about the management of the company, and I am at the mercy of the economy and business partners.

According to the holy book of Jodo Shinshu, "Daimuryoju sutra"
If there is no rice field (personal property and source of income), he worries about it and wants rice field.
at home (a metaphor for home or family or relationship)
If he doesn't, he wants a house because he worries about it.
Once you get it, you get it. Now you have to worry about the management of the rice field, the maintenance cost of the house, and the human relations, and all the greed attacks all the people, and they all suffer equally. 」

I don't think total abstinence is the right answer.
Greed is the driving force of human life.
Some schools of Buddhism try to get away from greed through ascetic practices (Esoteric Buddhism), but this is different from Jodo Shinshu.
Kugyo is the first denial of Buddha. I am in a position incompatible with their way of doing things.

I've talked about black companies this time.
Even if we succeed socially,
No matter how much money you get, no matter how successful you are at work, you can't fill your void unless you know the root of your pain and distress.

There are many people in the world who think of morality as nothing but form.
Unfortunately, it can be said that the dead body of Buddhist rites played a role in it.
The past is the past, the present is the present. Still, virtue must be sought.
It is not for anyone but to satisfy your life.
It makes your surroundings brighter.

In order to escape from suffering, the first thing to do is to find out the cause of suffering.
You need to calm down and reconsider the facts with a warm heart.
And don't engage in excessive competition.
To have the heart to nurture crops and human resources without being bound by immediate results.
In other words, look at things in the long run and have a stable and calm mind for it.

To do so, I think we need better relationships, relationships that we can talk to, the way our colleagues and our hearts are, the guidelines for that, and the existence that supports our hearts.
That's what I think is Amitabha, Namu Amidabutsu.

I might write the next one tomorrow or the day after tomorrow if I want to.
